Use the same email and password as your customer account. After signing in, open the influencer hub from your account menu or go directly to your dashboard.

2. Promo code & tracking links
−10% for your audience~20% commission (eligible orders)
Your personal code is shown at the top of the hub. When someone applies it at checkout (or shops via a link that includes your referral parameter), they receive −10% on products. Your commission is calculated on eligible paid orders : typically 20% of the order total including VAT, as shown in your ledger.
Share clean URLs to the shop or product pages with your tracking parameter so purchases stay attributed to you.
3. Dashboard overview
The overview shows tracked orders, revenue on qualifying statuses, and commission lines (due vs paid). The chart summarises recent activity so you can see trends at a glance.
Order statuses mirror the shop: only paid or shipped orders typically generate commission lines; cancelled or failed payments do not.
4. Commissions & payouts
Commissions move from “Due” to “Paid out” when the shop marks payouts. If you have questions about timing or IBAN details, contact support with your account email.
