How to order

Ordering from us is straightforward. Follow the steps below: they match the real flow from cart to payment confirmation.

Browse & select

Explore the shop or use the search bar at the top. Open a product page for dosage, price and stock. Add items to your cart.

Review your cart

Open the cart (icon top right). Check quantities, subtotal, shipping fee and the free-shipping threshold.

Customer account (recommended)

Sign in or create an account to track orders, use loyalty points at checkout and keep order history. Guest checkout is possible; a valid email is still required for confirmation and updates.

Shipping details

At checkout, enter your name, email, phone number, full address and country. Your phone helps the carrier or our team reach you if needed. We ship within the European Union (see the Delivery page). Make sure your address is correct to avoid delays.

Choose payment

We accept:

  • Credit or debit card: secure payment when this option is shown at order confirmation.
  • SEPA bank transfer: payment details and the reference to use are sent after you submit your order.

Other secure methods may be offered on the confirmation page, depending on your order.

Depending on the option you pick at checkout, a discount may appear on the total. If you are signed in, you can redeem loyalty points toward your order.

Place your order

Review the summary (items, shipping, total). Accept the terms and confirm. You will receive a confirmation email; follow the payment instructions within the stated timeframe.

Shipping & tracking

After payment is received, we prepare and usually ship within 48 business hours. Tracking may be emailed when the carrier makes it available.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible by email or via the Support page. We can only help before the order has shipped and where operationally feasible.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Write to us with your order number and details. See also the Delivery & shipping page; each case is reviewed individually under our terms.
Do you offer refunds?
Research peptides fall under legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal (see our terms). For exceptional issues, contact support.
How are shipments protected?
Each order is packed with care (padding and protection). We use professional carriers; see the Delivery & shipping page for full details.
How can I track my order?
After shipping you may receive a tracking link or number by email depending on the carrier. If unsure, contact support with your order reference.
