Your order is in good hands

We are experiencing exceptionally high order volume. Here is exactly where your shipment stands based on when you placed your order.

Thank you for your trust and patience. Every paid order is registered and will be processed in the order received. Below is the shipping schedule based on your order date and time (Paris time).

Where is my order?

Shipped

Orders placed on 10 June before 3:00 p.m.

All orders placed on 10 June before 3:00 p.m. (Paris time) have been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number yet, check your inbox (including spam) or use our order tracking page.

Shipped on 25 June

Orders from 10 to 15 June

These orders were shipped from our warehouse on 25 June. Delivery to your address is expected in early July. If you track your parcel on La Poste’s website, you may see “Disruption in progress” — this does not mean there is a problem with your order. La Poste activates its heatwave plan when very high temperatures are forecast, to protect delivery staff. Routes may be reorganised or rescheduled, which can add a few days to final delivery.

Shipping 6–8 July

High demand — orders up to 27 June

Orders placed on Saturday 27 June (peak volume) are shipping from 6 to 8 July. Orders placed between 16 and 27 June follow the same schedule. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Shipping on 6 July

Orders after 27 June

Orders placed after 27 June will ship on 6 July. From 6 July onwards, timelines return to normal with 48–72 business hour delivery.

Frequently asked questions

My payment is confirmed but I have no tracking number.
This is normal if your shipping window has not been reached yet (25 June or 6 July depending on your order date). Tracking will be emailed as soon as your parcel ships.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us promptly with your order number if your parcel has not shipped yet. We will do our best to update your address.
Why does La Poste show “Disruption in progress” on my tracking?
This message refers to La Poste’s network, not a problem with your order specifically. During heatwaves, La Poste adjusts delivery routes to protect staff from extreme temperatures: some delivery windows are rescheduled. Your parcel is still in transit — allow roughly 48–72 business hours after shipping, plus a few extra days if the heatwave plan is active.

Need to track your order?

Use the tracking page with your order number and the email used at checkout. For anything else, our support team is here to help.
