All orders placed on 10 June before 3:00 p.m. (Paris time) have been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number yet, check your inbox (including spam) or use our order tracking page.
Orders from 10 to 15 June
Your parcel will ship on 25 June. Delivery is expected in early July depending on your country and carrier. You will receive a tracking email as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
Orders after 15 June at 10:00 p.m.
Due to high demand, orders placed after 15 June at 10:00 p.m. will ship from 1 July onwards. Every order is prepared with the same care as usual.
A complimentary GHK-Cu 50 mg to thank you for your patience
To apologise for the extra wait, a GHK-Cu 50 mg vial will be added automatically to your order once payment is confirmed. No action is required on your part.

- My payment is confirmed but I have no tracking number.
- This is normal if your shipping window has not been reached yet (25 June or 1 July depending on your order date). Tracking will be emailed as soon as your parcel ships.
- How do I know my complimentary GHK-Cu will be included?
- The GHK-Cu 50 mg vial is added automatically for orders affected by the 1 July delay, after payment confirmation. It will be included in your shipment preparation.
- Can I change my delivery address?
- Contact us promptly with your order number if your parcel has not shipped yet. We will do our best to update your address.
- How long after shipping will I receive my parcel?
- Allow roughly 48–72 business hours in Europe once the carrier has picked up your parcel. Timelines may vary by country and season.
