Partner Influencer Program Terms

1. Purpose
These terms define the rules applicable to the partner influencer program operated by The Element Research. Any application, activation, or use of an influencer code implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Eligibility and onboarding
The partner must provide accurate and complete information (identity, social profile, payment data), be at least 18 years old, and comply with local legal obligations.
3. Commission and eligible orders
The standard commission is 20% of validated eligible orders attributed to the active referral code. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, failed-payment, self-referred, or artificially generated orders are excluded.
4. Payout conditions
Payouts are processed according to internal billing cycles after compliance and validation checks. Missing or inaccurate payout information may delay transfers.
The partner remains solely responsible for tax, social and reporting obligations applicable in their country.
5. Communication obligations
Any misleading, prohibited, or unlawful promotional practice is forbidden, including deceptive medical claims, spam, fake testimonials, fake urgency, and abusive traffic generation.
6. Suspension and termination
The operator may suspend or terminate participation at any time in case of breach, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or brand integrity risk. Pending commissions related to non-compliant activity may be adjusted or cancelled.
7. Liability limitation
The Element Research is bound by a best-efforts obligation for tracking and payout operations and is not liable for indirect damages, third-party service outages, audience fluctuations, or force majeure events.
8. Changes to terms and governing law
These terms may be updated at any time for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the date of use.
Unless mandatory local provisions state otherwise, the applicable law is the law governing the website operating entity.
