Everything you need to know about how we ship your orders: timeframes, tracking, packaging and delivery area.
Delivery times
Orders are generally shipped within 48 business hours after payment is received. Delivery to EU countries usually takes on the order of 48–72 business hours depending on the carrier and destination — these are estimates, not a firm guarantee.
A tracking link or number is provided when the carrier activates it, so you can follow your parcel.
Secure packaging
We pay close attention to protecting shipments and using packaging suited to research products.
Contents protection
Each item is packed with care (padding, cushioning) to reduce shock in transit.
Discreet appearance
Parcels look like a standard e-commerce shipment, with no product details on the outer packaging.
Carriers
Priority shipping in Europe via established partners (including DPD and DHL), with secure packaging. Transport risk passes to the customer once the parcel is handed to the carrier, as set out in our terms.
Countries & shipping costs
We ship to EU member states (27 countries). A flat shipping fee applies below the free-shipping threshold.
Exact shipping and order totals are calculated in the cart and at checkout.

Lost parcel or delivery issue
If something goes wrong (non-delivery, damage), contact us as soon as you can with your order reference and any useful details. We review each case individually, in line with our general terms.
Payment
Payment is by card, SEPA bank transfer or cryptocurrency (Bitcoin), following the instructions sent after you place your order. We ship only after payment has been received.
